Duration: 6 months




  • Coordinate tendering process with logistics support for the sales team

  • Validate tender requirements; highlight risks to the commercial team, when it comes to penalties or other aspects of the tender.

  • Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc.

  • Coordinate quotations for multi P&L deals, working with the different commercial and pricing teams

  • Work with commercial Operations Specialist for internal deal review process of terms and conditions prior to contract signature for direct sales with the commercial, legal and finance teams

  • Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements when dealing with governments

  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.

  • Keep track and record Tender and RFP opportunities and publications

  • Supports the commercial Operations Specialist to;




  • Measure and monitors KPIs (such as market visibility, win rate, order quality, V to customer’s bid want date) and adherence to risk review and opportunity management procedures.

  • Work with commercial teams to ensure commercial tools are updated regularly by the LCT commercial team and ensure proper handover of order documents to OTR and contributes and leads the handover reviews.



Required Qualifications:




  • Strong business acumen and 3-4 years’ experience in Sales/Services/Commercial/Financial roles

  • Proven success in commercial proposal development and execution

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid financial & business knowledge and understanding

  • Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines

  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast paced environment.

  • Strong project management skills
