Sales Team Leader



The right candidate will have experience working in experiential marketing, coordinating internal and external resources, and will have a strong passion in planning & executing sales Programs and Activities. 



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching and retention of in-field reps

  • Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines

  • Set Sales targets and Motivate The sales team

  • Lead monthly reporting of in-field activities, including qualitative and quantitative results

  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting and inventory for the field teams, reconciling budgets on a monthly basis

  • Be constantly finding new, innovative ideas to maximize the infield marketing experience, pitching opportunities internally on a quarterly basis



Skills and Qualifications




  • 3-4 years’ experience in FMCG OR experiential marketing

  • 1-2 years managing direct reports

  • Exceptional organization and administrative skills, as well as the ability to multitask

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to problem solve

  • An outgoing dynamic and driven individual who can work well independently and on a team

  • Leadership and Motivation Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
